Refund policy

If you decide that one of our toys isn't to your liking and wish to proceed with returning it, you have a whole year to do so. Please contact us, and we'll guide you through this simple process. 

The important thing to note is that the toy must be undamaged, in unused condition, and in its original packaging to qualify. If it's not, we won't be able to comply with your request.

To start the refund process, you need to contact us at info@kindertivity.com. If your request is timely and qualifies for a refund, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. The product must be returned to our warehouse.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once you send the package back to us, we require that you provide the return tracking number via e-mail.
